We do not collect payment information or sensitive personal data.

We use the information you provide solely to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Electronic Agreement Signing

When you sign an agreement electronically through our website (such as our Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement at inertialabs.io/nda), we collect and retain, in addition to the information you enter (name, title, company, email address, and typed signature):

• Your IP address and browser information at the time of signing and email confirmation
• Timestamps of when the agreement was viewed, signed, confirmed, and executed
• A cryptographic fingerprint of the executed document

This information is collected to execute the agreement, verify signer identity, and maintain a legally required audit trail, and is embedded in the executed document's signature certificate. Executed agreements and their audit records are retained for the term of the agreement plus seven years. We use Microsoft 365 to store executed agreements, HubSpot to maintain our business contact records, Postmark to deliver transactional email, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the signing form from abuse; each acts as a service provider processing this information on our behalf. Signing an agreement does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Executed agreements are retained as described under "Electronic Agreement Signing."

Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies to support site functionality and analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
